Exceptional 1947 Omega Oversize/Jumbo time-only watch in Full Set configuration (watch, box and original warranty). A piece of high collection that stands out for its very rare set and for an original never reprinted dial with three-dimensional Honeycomb/Waffle finish, Crosshair graphics and small seconds at 6 o'clock (azurée execution). It shows a magnificent and warm patina of natural oxidation on the left side, completed by Dauphine hands and arrow markers applied in rose gold. Stainless steel case reference 2503-3 of 36 mm with strong lines and drilled lugs. It mounts the Omega 265 manual caliber (30mm family, 15 Jewels, 18,000 alternations), clean and running impeccably, with mainplate finished in rose gold galvanic and serial 11454860.

Checked by a specialized watchmaker with a new plexiglas crystal, an excellent quality cognac brown leather strap (new) and an Omega buckle. The movement is clean and running impeccably. Omega logo winding crown.

Context and documentation

Original paper warranty (pink sheet) co-signed by Omega and Tissot (SSIH), with Cancellato safety perforation and matching movement serial number 11454860. Filled out and stamped on July 5, 1952 by the historic Ignazio Ghignoni Jewelry Store in Viterbo (Via Roma 15). It includes the original period slider box in brown pigskin leather with a velvet interior and gold leaf logos.
